I ordered two Oxva Xlim Cartridge 0.6 2ml replacement pods, but one of them was leaking and unusable. I reached out via Facebook Messenger and received a reply saying, “We will review this immediately and get back to you as soon as possible” on May 22. I also sent a video showing the issue as proof. I followed up afterward, but I haven’t received any response since then.

I’ve been a long-time customer since their Shopee store was active, so this experience is quite disappointing.
